The opportunity radar
How to read the opportunity radar
Across 22,917 comparable properties for sale, the radar ranks listings from 0 to 100 on the gap between their price and the expected value of an equivalent property in the same town, checked against recorded sales, the estimated rental yield, the listing’s age and price cuts, and energy risk. A score of 90 means the listing does better than 90% of comparable properties.
Three reading profiles change the weights: balanced, investor (yield and cash flow) and main residence (quality of life, commute). A high score flags a property worth checking, not a recommendation to buy: a low price can hide renovation work, an easement or a wrong surface in the listing.
